Engineer design

　　Engineering design plays an important role in engineering construction and it plays a decisive impact on advancement and competitive ability of plant. Novel design concept and innovative technical process have great significance for reducing input costs, controlling construction costs and disposing the relation between technology and economy.

　　We have a team of technical personnel with abundant experience and solid theoretical foundation that is capable of ensuring the construction project to get the anticipated effect from scheme determination, preliminary design and formation of construction documents, etc. We have undertaken the design development and construction tasks of multiple production lines for 700t/d to 5000 t/d new type dry process cement and completed the design and R&D task of production line with capacity from 400t/d to 1000 t/d new rotary kiln rotary kiln active lime during the past years. We have also provided successfully technology and equipment for layered crystalline sodium disilicate production line with the scale from 4000t/y to 20000 t/y and offered technology and engineering design supports for the industries such as light, heavy and nano calcium 　　carbonate, sodium silicate, new building materials and gypsum products, etc.
